Help me make sense of this CarFax Report

Thanks. I'm looking at this for my wife, and I am not that adept at reading these.

Can you please help me understand the multiple registrations within days of each other to the dealers and manufacturers?

Car dealers manage their inventory of used cars through auctions that are closed to the public. If the dealer acquires a car as a lease return or trade-in, they may swiftly sell it for a variety of reasons. It is rare for a dealer to let a used car sit on his lot for more than 90 days.

I can't see anything amiss.

lol that was back in 04, i bet that after using them around refuelling them so often they decide to sell them back at the auctions lol

i dont see anything wrong with the car. Ive seen 100s of those when i was shopping around for my rx8. Ive seen some bad ones and some good ones. There is nothing wrong with yours. GL
