Hello fellow piston-haters and rotor-heads...

I'm brand spankin' new to the RX-8, and I have the Shinka edition, with a 75,000 warranty which the dealer threw in to seal the deal. I don't want to mod out the engine back (air box, turbo, etc) so as to invalidate the warranty, but I want to add some unseen mods to the car to add performance if I can. Also - this is on a budget (kinda') so as to keep the wife from throwing me out, hehe...

Ideas are appreciated!

You're really not going to get much in the way of performance from anything other than forced induction with the RX-8. Add a catback exhaust for a few ponies and a more aggressive exhaust note.
