Good thing it confirms that the RX-8 is NOT dying, just the idea of a 2 door.

Still say that the Kabura (which has a good posibility of being built, and comming to the states) needs the option of a rotary engine. Just imagine:

Kabura in Base, Touring, Grand Touring, and a Kabura RENESIS option!!!
Hell or just even a Kabura piston, and a kabura rotor

 

i wanta Kabura 3 rotor since the Renesis cant produce enough oomph lol.

 

3 rotor? if the kabura is a light car (hoping that it is) why would they need 3 rotor for? the reni should be enough for that car. It makes me laugh every single time when ppl say put 3 rotor in it. its very easy to say that , but do you guys ever think how much its going to cost? 3 rotor isnt cheap. any how just my opinion and if your comment was a joke

also your link doesnt work for me and there is already a thread about the auto week article in rx8 news. oh and i corresponded with the author o fthe article yesterday . havent had achance to answer him back yet. but since this is general auto- he said the CX-5 in the chart is the name for the new Tribute. i assume he means the new Hybrid for 2008MY which is based off the BT50/Ranger pickups debuted at the Bangkok Auto show this past year. Thats what i have yet to confer with him about.
