It's not electric. It's got a 6.3 liter twin turbo V8.

If that thing can't travel back in time I consider it a total failure...

In addition they make an unbelievable claim that the Ultimate Aero EV, “will not require a charge for six years and will power two 500 horsepower electric motors producing 1000 horsepower and provide supercar performance.”
Screw the speed records. If they can really produce an electric car that only needs recharging once every 6 years then they've completely revolutionized the auto industry. And if that's the case then they're the dumbest group of smart people ever. They should have been producing a car that anyone can buy and not a supercar. Selling a billion cars at 30k is a lot better than 10000 cars at 1m a pop. Plus they'd be able to knock every auto company out of business before they had a chance to catch up.

This would be the fastest electric car.... wish i had one, they look bad ***... and do 0-60 in 3.9 seconds.

But the range per charge is only about half.
