Use common sense... if common sense fails, listen to your grampa's advice about things that are too good too be true... they are most likely bullsh!t... or horsesh!t depending on where your grampa came from.

If you are still interested in giving it a try, look on ebay. I search RX-8 stuff there weekly, and you can find those things for half the price on eBay. It still may not work, but it will be half the money out of your pocket.
