Exoticspeed R1-t catless midpipe?

I just bought a second hand exoticspeed catback R1-t for 500$. Turns out the seller also gave me the catless midpipe from exoticspeed for free along with the catback. I have 2 questions, the first:

Should install the catless midpipe with single resonnator or keep the stock midpipe? I am not sure how loud the catless midpipe along with the catback would be ( i start work 5 am dont want to wake the whole neighborhood up lol)

Second, the gaskets are obviously finished. Are the oem gaskets the same as the ones that came with this set? (if any gaskets did originally come with the set)

Thanks for the help!

u don't want to wake the neighbors? you're no fun
they will all hate you anyway it goes so you might as well install the midpipe. Just my opinion.
with the midpipe installed it will be noticeably louder.
I don't know about the gaskets...sorry
