It seems to be almost official - Alfa Romeo will be here next year:

I now know what car I'll buy after RX-8 - Brera Coupe

I hope it won't be worse than Mazda in reliability department. But it will be as rarely sighted on the road as RX-8.

I wonder if Jezza will buy one of the One-77's. I wouldn't be surprised if he did.

Don't buy the brera. it's a POS. the 3.2l also uses a GM-derived engine and handles like crap.
The new 149 should be called the Milano there in the states btw

That Alfa is slower than the rx8 and audi tt. it looks ok but I would get a better alfa romeo.

It is slower indeed (but just a little bit), but from some point in my life I started to weight style over specs (and not only in cars). I think it is hard to argue that Italians can give you best style for the money.

149 probably won't do it for me. I'd take Mazdaspeed 3 (and it is relatively cheap here), if I would want FWD car.

From a style point of view get the brera then! I love it even is there's some cheap stuff in there.
Yes, the 149 will be a bad car overall but, like the brera, will be pretty stylish for its segment.
I'd take a ms3 too
