this is a big deal, why?? Evo owners easily make those numbers with all stock equipment, don't they??

I think its a big deal because it comes with a warranty.

Like the others said, it comes with a warranty. Yes, a few mods will get to that level or exceed it. I met a guy last weekend at an EVO meet who was pushing 305 HP to the wheels with only a reflash and a turboback exhaust (i.e. downpipe, high-flow cat, catback, etc.).
