This Dumbshiat is gonna pay

Walking back to my car this evening with a buddy of mine we notice that a car is parked very close to the front end. Since I was parallell parked I decided to take a peak and to our amazement this Ahole in a Chrysler 300 is parked ON TOP of my car!!!!!! First thought, start breaking windows slashing tires and burning the peice of crap. And to be honest that is what would have happened had this not been in a very public place...kinda wish it wasn't. I walked into a nearby restaurant and a waiter, got his name, knew of this. He was told by some of the patrons. Got the model liscence plate and Plan to get a hold of the most expensive bodyshop imaginable. Plan is to call insurance co then body shop. The good news, the car has barely a noticable scratch. But its dumbshiats like this that make me so paranoid about where to park my car. He will be taught a lesson.

Thumbs up

I totally feel your pain man. some guys in a white 4-door a-to-b car park 8 inches away from the drivers side of my black rx-8...the guy in the back although alone and with no car to the left of them... decided to try his luck with the right side.. you know the rest of the story.. It's people like that makin it hard for me to be such a nice guy...lol

a few years ago i probably would have used him like a duffle bag full of clothes..and the thought did come to mind...but alas thought better of it..bein an officer and all..don't think it would've looked to good..lol oh he'll pay though..with money $$

I would like to congratulate you on your conduct whole heartedly..you could have done all that..and more..but you didn't.. maybe you didn't because someone would have seen you.. but in all honesty..you know you wouldn't have because it's not worth it. as much as we all love our rx-8's..they're just cars in the end. nothing worth going to jail or worse for..right? i've known guys that could take anyone... but anyone was carrying a gun that day.. so my parting shot is thank you for your conduct... moments like that define you as a man and you passed with flying colors. worry about the things you can control..not things you cannot.

Thanks for your insight RX-8 pilot. I have had a couple of hours to calm down and digest what has happened. I just can't fathom why some people can be so inconsiderate. To hit my car and then just leave with their car wedged into mine, not to mention make it difficult for me to drive out still gets my blood boiling. This "person" probably saw me fuming outside but wisely chose not to show their face. Anyway I feel like it is my duty to bring this to their attention...thru their insurance company so that next time they may pay a little more attention...wisfull thinking. Anyway you are right and all is not lost. By the way if your a pilot then we have something in common. I'm a SF3 CPT with AE.

Wait a second, did you call the cops and file a report? Isn't that illegal.. or at least a hazard of some sort to park on top of another owner's car?

lol, I'm not sure if it's illegal to PARK on another persons car...but it is considered a non-moving accident and if the person hadn't left a note or anything--THAT part is illegal...

I hate people sometimes..so inconsiderate sorry hun!

One nite, while driving my black first gen RX7, I was stopped the left turn lane. The light was red in my direction. There was a large GM car stopped facing me on the other side of the intersection. The left turn light turned green and I started to go. I noticed this other car take off and I came to a stop. The other car mistook the green turn arrow for a green light and rolled a tire completely over the hood of the 7. Fortunately, the gas station attendent on the corner saw the whole thing and told the investigating police officer.

i live in an apartment, and I always try to park next to this old man that never really drives his car, and the spot next to me is almost never taken...at work i park in a section that no one parks in. i am doing my best to keep it clean until i get my house next year, at which point i wont have to worry about people hitting it where i live

Actually, it is careless driving, and leaving the scene. The vehicle had to be moving in order to get on top of the front bumper. And not leaving notice of the accident occuring is fleeing. At least in New Jersey anyhow. Guess I'm lucky to have 5 state troopers as neighbors to ask these questions to Should have filed a report with the cops. That way you could have the other driver at fault and your insurance record won't be dinged as badly.

I applaude your maturity. I can not say I would have done nothing. I can almost feel my hand reaching for my "graffiti" key and getting ready to whip up a Picasso on the door.

Best of luck in getting your politically correct revenge...

inconsiderate ppl

some ppl are so inconsiderate (or self-centered)! i witnessed this event at the local costco. big fat momma with overweight obese son loading their entry-level mercedes (230 or sumtin). of course, they are utilizing the empty parking space next to them while I sit there with my blinker on. no problem. i wait. and wait. and wait for about 10 minutes (no consideration, could not let me park and then finish loading), still no problem. Then I proceed to witness this inconsiderate fool move the shopping cart from her vehicle to position it between two other cars next to her. the inconsiderate thing is, the place to return the carts was 1 more car length away! that was it, time to belittle her in front of her son. i start in talking loudly to my passanger while the window was down how walking an extra parking space could not hurt her and how inconsiderate she was. i park and leave my vehicle. as i am walking to the store, she's driving up behind me, slowly, to get my attention. shes whining, "hey a$$$$$hooooole" repeatedly, trying to get my attention. hey, if she wanted to talk, she could have talked to me when she was OUT of the vehicle. me and friend just kept walking, ignoring her, laughing our a$$es off! hehe. see, i can be equally inconsiderate!

Friday night I stopped at a stop light and just jamming to a CD. Then out of nowhere I feel a bump like I stalled or something but I know I didn't. I look in my rearview was some b@#ch in a POS early 80's Volkswagon. I started to get out of my car and all I hear from this pain is "I said I'm sorry mother F@#ker!!!" Shocked that someone would say that I hesitated to get out, then the light changed, so at the first chance I pul over and wave to her to do the same. So can anyone guess what she did??? Yep, thats right she kept going so I got her license plate # and luckly nothing was damaged. But, I still called the police, and they said it is considered a "hit and run" and "fleeing the scene of a crime". It may mean I'm an @ss, but I feel better knowing maybe know she'll be paying attention while driving.

Hmm. Almost ran into a 7th gen. Celica GT coming home from work. I seriously didn't come around the corner. He stuck his head out the window to say something, but I was too tired to give a ****.
