of course Baltimore is saying its just a mistake and that all of those tickets were properly reviewed. :rolleyes: this puts into question every red light ticket given out in that city as well as other cities. whose really looking at/reviewing all of those tickets?

Not surprising at all, offficers around here are really hit or miss and the internal office is worse

Sad but thats how the government works these days. they just want your money, like they really gives a shit about that red light violation.

Now they said its a "mistake" oh yeah we meseed up the SIGNATURE. no word about who actually viewing these f-king so called "violations" pssssh, again, just PAY UP AND SHUT UP ! :(

I can see this being a Chicago story. After all, the dead vote here, so why not.

Your lucky yours gets viewed and "signed", all we get is the notice in the mail with NO PICs, we then either pay without seeing any pics, or you request the pics which are then sent out to you..you still have to pay fine obviously.

Really, this is only a procedural matter, obviously someone forgot to 'update' the 'reviewing officers' signature after he passed.

The old double law enforcement standards, if the driver breaks the law they pay, but if the system stuffs up, too bad.

This is why you should always demand a trial if you can! Dead officers cant well show up to court. (God knows the live ones have enough trouble!)
