Dead Baltimore Police Officer Signed 2000 Red Light Tickets

of course Baltimore is saying its just a mistake and that all of those tickets were properly reviewed. this puts into question every red light ticket given out in that city as well as other cities. whose really looking at/reviewing all of those tickets?

Your lucky yours gets viewed and "signed", all we get is the notice in the mail with NO PICs, we then either pay without seeing any pics, or you request the pics which are then sent out to you..you still have to pay fine obviously.
Really, this is only a procedural matter, obviously someone forgot to 'update' the 'reviewing officers' signature after he passed.
The old double law enforcement standards, if the driver breaks the law they pay, but if the system stuffs up, too bad.
But yep J, it is the same here....even worse.
