cosmo 110s hp?

anyone kno what it made? im havin an argument with my dad over the hp of rotaries "back in the day" he wants to kno the hp of a rotary from 66, but 67 is the first one, i forget the hp. i think it was the 10A engine tho, i kno the r100 had the 10A and it came out in 71. im thinkin its the same hp but i dunno. someone help me please
