i left my car under a tree for a couple weeks and although the 'green' has come off i can still feel a rough surface under my polishing rag , does anyone know a treatment to remove this 'rough' surface and allow me to restore my 8's velocity red glimmer .

clay bar and then wax it

 

Clay bar, polish it with a good orbital\rotary buffer and wax it.

 

New paint...jk, lol
