Car Covers .. is it worth it?
Car Covers .. is it worth it?
I've never owned a car cover before but I'm imagining that having one wouldn't be too bad. I've already realized that the Mazda version is a snug fit. Not sure why that little disclaimer was thrown out on the finishlineperformance website but I think tight fit covers are more cumbersome to put on than generic ones.
So, any thoughts on car covers? Which to buy? What brands are good? What features are actually worth looking into? I'm currently staring at a car cover from Evolution Technology from this website:

I jut want to protect my car from California sun during the workhours under the hot sun.
Also, I don't want ot pay $200 for the mazda one IF that version is just merely aesthetics, I prefer functional ones and I feel there are some that are extremely functional, or so I think.

Tightly fit covers will ensure that your cover is less likely to fly off when it's windy. Noah is probably the best material for outdoor parking. Prices are about $200 for a custom fit one or you can get a generic cover for $100 at Kragen, Pep Boys w similar fabric.
It's a great investment for those who don't mind the hassle putting it on and taking it off.
