Here in Tampa, a local radio station had a similar ad going for Chevy - buy one new Chevy, get another new chevy for free. Get a new corvette, get another new Chevy for free.

They didn't say what kind of second car you get free, and they said you'd have to pay for tax, tag, title, etc.

Most likely their low end econobox, but I'll take one if it's free.

 

Yeah, me too- says it's usually the off-lease year old sentras, but a free car is a free car....

 

Dude...buy an 8, get a 6....man, I'd so be there....even if it was a 3! I'd go in for it....hmm...maybe I should talk to my dealer when I go pay for mine on sat? I'll print out the article and take it with me...haha...maybe some incentive for them? worth a shot..haha!

I wish Mazda had an incentive that said, buy an RX-8, get a free copy of Rotary Engine.

To think that selling cars is like selling fireworks. :D

 

They were doing that with Kia's down here, buy any mini van get then sedan for free (don't remember the names). At first glance it sounds like a good deal, until you realiize your resale value has to be pretty low consdering:

A) It's a Kia.
B) Everyone got one for free.

 

also doing that with Kia here in cleveland...you'd get a free kia rio i think (the tiny one)

 

That's a great promotion if you have a kid that's looking for a first car. Buy a Z, then get your kid a year old Sentra to thrash around in...

 

There was a Dodge promotion like this on the radio the other day. Buy a loaded Ram 1500 or a loaded Chrysler Town and Country and get a 2003 Neon for free. If you had a company that needed a fleet of cars this would be great!
