I think thats a miata with a ford V8 and a forward opening bonnet (hood).

 

It better have a V8 thrown in, to look that bulky up front.

It's a '99 Miata C-Spec. They were extremely limited production of 30 cars and sold only in Japan. N/A 2.0 producing 200 hp and 170 ft/lbs of torque, LSD, adjustable suspension, the works. Leather interior done by hand and reminds me of a TVR interior. Sold for around $40,000.

I want one :D

edit: oh yeah some company makes a replica kit for regular Miatas.
