There are no dealer lots for them to rot on in Japan (for Japanese makes). All new cars are built to order. The dealers only have used cars and demo models.

Cobalt SS vs Speed 3 ... who u pick ?

 

On Mazda6club and Mazdas247. After I had a pretty bad experience on RX-8 Club, I just didn't feel like being bothered since I don't have one.

I was looking at a new R3 at the dealer yesterday when I had my car in the shop. Pretty hot looking. Too bad the tag was $32k and Mazda + rotary = no resale...

 

But you get a happy face bumper on the R3!

I dunno about Central Florida but you can get R3 around NYC for 25K + tax/fees.

I'm not a big fan of the new 3. The look is growing on me from certain angles, but the hood scoop and interior in the new MS3 (WTF is with the red trim?!) are still really big turn offs.

Screw the extra power. MkVI GTI FTW. GTI-R FTMFW.

Wrong. The new Cobalt SS will destroy the RX-8 on the track. On Motortrend's Lightning Lap, the RX-8 lapped at 3:19, the Cobalt SS at 3:13.

What he needs is a turbo.

 

Saw my first new 3 on the road. It was white and the smiley grin was really noticeable. Can't miss it on the road...

 

Have not seen one yet!...In OZ I do not think they are selling well at all.

My dealer (very successful) has the same 3 out the front and in the showroom for the past 4 weeks!!...

Mazda Australia are advertising regularly, always a sign that it is not moving.
MA do not advertise when cars sell.

Plus MA put up the price of the car by about $500-1K, because of our dollar!

And the look...they made it too wide..the smile, needs to be RX-8 size.

my girlfriend and i test drove one. really nice little car. this will be sorted out soon enough and there will be smiley little 3's everywhere!

 

Test drove a diesel 150 hp.

Nice car, at Golf/A3 level of dynamics.....or better
