BTW ,the cheapest cost/hp on this list was the Mustang GT at 435hp and $34,095 . A ratio of $78/hp !

There's actually a guy in the LS1RX8 facebook group advertising turnkey LS RX-8s. He quoted me $8750 for a 400 hp 5.3 Vortec with AC, ABS and OBD emissions test pass (in AZ, at least) if I brought the car.
