so i was out riding today.. and i hear a clunk.. i figured it was the governor.. because it pretty much cut power from the engine.. the engine only has 6k miles on it.. and i have a guess as to it being a thrown rod.. which to god i hope its not.. but if it is.. anyone know how much a rebuilt engine will run me?

Lol, the Rx8 forum is where you ask questions about a piston engine :P. Just seems silly.

well dont take my experience negatively.. all my biker friends are shocked that it has died already.. but i still need to eliminate possibilities of what it is before i call it the motor.. which it probably is.
