time for someone to be helpful and friendly!
*was in your shoes last time....posted questions and no one answered...until someone helped me out*
why get the bose system? they have a front speaker at the front of the dash....you might have to cut your dash.
best is to go get aftermarket speakers front and rear...and add in the sound processor from pioneer....it might also sound better.

thanks for the reply guys!
nothing in particular, just that mine doesnt come with it, and i think the stereo can sound better...
what poineer processer are you referring to? does it affect the looks of the center console?

easier to go for the pioneer/alpine option. more flexible, but not cheaper. the BOSE system is actually quite decent. sounds not too bad for a stock system. Guess i'm qualified to say that since i played with time alignment systems in my previous car. So i know what is decent. i mean you cant expect it to approach the after market time aligned systems. but take note that the bose system is configured pretty weird. anyway if you are looking to save weight look stock and sound ok, the BOSE is a pretty good bet. and after market system will sound better with a good processor, but will cost more and add weight due to needed amps and etc.
