I tried looking for the location and contact number of WOW but to no avail.
Will any kind bros or sis out there who had a positive sales/after sales experience kindly recommend someone good from WOW for me to contact?

One of the bros has a serious case pending with them. Until that is settled, i would suggest looking around at other alternatives

 

Hi gfoo, without going into the details.... may I ask roughly what the "broad" issue is about if it is possible to share? e.g. warranty... pricing.... etc.
