may i know who was driving the blue 8 racing with a wrx on sat? he did a few 180 drift before starting the race. thought it would be a close one but end up, the wrx driver commenting that he cant even see the 8 from his rear mirror when he reach the finishing line.

That might be me!Err.. if i'm not wrong that wasnt a Satuday night.. should be a friday instead. Of cos REXi (taxi) is powederful lah. It has a "huge" engine of 2.0L AWD with Turbocharge with stock BHP of 225 which costs not higher than 79k & Its voted SG most "ah beng" & value for $ car award. But luckily i did outrun every other cars there that night by doing some donuts & drift which made them see wat a RWD car can do! Cheers!!

something i wanna add... that night's race was on a wet road. Bro, i think it's not reali right to label other ppl's car as "Rexi(taxi)" n it seems pointless to point out the selling price of "not higher than 79k", unless u have a hidden meaning which u know yrself. An expensive car doesn't mean a better car. I believe every car got its pros n cons n at the end of the day its the driver or owner who will enjoy it. as for ah beng, i believe yr car with stock rims sprayed white n GT wing n neon lights didn't look un-beng to me. I was present that night n everything was meant to be friendly n for the sake of fun.

i'm no wrx driver n i nearly bought the RX8 before n the RX8 is indeed a sexy n lovely car with looks to kill. and to remind u, u only on yr indicator lights on that night during the race, "MAYBE" that was the reason u were not seen on the wrx rear mirror. No offence here, we do know the potential of the RWD n were actualli not impressed by yr demonstration as there were deep drains there u know?

Lastly pls be more tactful towards drivers of other cars and makes, i believe u won't like ppl bad mouthing yr car at other forum right?

It would be better to settle this in private e.g meetup. btw, u shouldnt have disclosed the "playground" as anyone can view the thread...u get what i mean?? we dun wanna get unwanted attention at that area.

And I'm not here to argue with you or what, just hope that this will not goes on and clear the misunderstanding between us. i know that a person will say alot of things thats not nice when gets angry.. so i understand how you feel..

Firstly that night we play you know its just a friendly game. the result was known to everyone who was there.

rxbabe is the rx8 that who wants to play with me at first as i told you before. I do not known why will he go and put in this fourm after i told him the result.

Our meetup is to make more friends, talk about cars and enjoy our rides. It doesnt matter who win or loose the race.

And rex is taxi? Ah beng car? you have your own view on other cars so it up to you how you think.. or whatever you want to say.

please dont be so worked up my friend, i really should not have told this "rxbabe" but.. im sure you know the reason why i did it.. So i got one word for you "sorry" .
