I just got mine 3 days ago....believe me, the wait is worth it. An auto as well (am really no good anymore using a stick). Now thinking of changing to 17" . Felt that his would have a balance tire profile and rim with the car size. I know most people would like even to change to 19" but personally, I already think 18" is too large.

SO, for those who wanted to change wheel to either 18" or 17", been doing a little calculation on diameter of wheel so that it stay as close as to the original (so that it won;t screw up the speedometer that much):

225/55/16" - 25.7 " Original basic auto
235/40/18" - 25.4
225/45/18" - 25.97
225/40/18" - 25.08
225/40/17" - 24.08
225/45/17" - 24.97
225/50/17" - 25.86 Looks like this combination is ideal.

 

Just saw a black manual last nite at shenton way.. believe to be from mm because of the dual tone leather seats. SFH plate.. wow.. very nice :D...made me more impatient

If u wanna spot a mm RX, look out for the moon/sun roof & headlight washers instead. PIs have dual tone leather seats too!

coming for my first service, feel like changing all the fluids in the car...
what sort of engine oil are you guys using? the book (the jap manual) reccomended 0w20 SL grade which is a bit thin...
and how about the ATF oil? what sort of oil should we change to?

Order a Velocity Red from mm a couple weeks ago. I have 2 tone red leather seats. But that increased my booking fees to 21k. The delivery date also later. Estimated in october. Sigh.....

i'll be an owner of the 8 soon. probably in sept or even oct as i might not have the time to collect it. i think i'm quite an idiot to get the 8 for a car as i'm only around less than 2 weeks per month!!

but i guess, it'll be 2 weeks of hapiness each month.

Hey Naughty Boy,mine's an auto too.....running on 18" but i am getting 360km on full tank.pumping shell 98 though.....dont know if this makes a different.hmm is urs a type e as mine is basic.i was told if type e and u keep the dsc and traction control on,car will also consume more.hope this helps

4AT is it @ 55-litre tank? If yes that means for every litre yr RX can reach
360/55=6.55litre!

Hey Sone i am not sure is it 55-litre but i know one full tank if no discount and pumping shell 98 before price rises is ard $70. anyway mine use to run on 16 inch, also running ard 360km but lights will come out. After that i change to volks racing and i am still getting ard there.
