i just got my rx8.
i need some help regarding the tyres.
Are they a speed limit on each tyres, let say if you are speeding
240kph for more then one hour will the tyres blow?

please let me know the answer to this question.

in the 1st place, u wun be even speeding at 240km/h for a constant one hour.....

for the rx8 to hit 240km/h, it will take quite some time too...

wat tyres are u toking abt here? the stock bridgestones?

 

Can I add one question, will our engine blow if we speed at 240kph for one hour?
I'm guessing there are several things we need to be concerned about if we are travelling at 240kph for such a long time.... One such thing is.... staying alive?

 

Maybe if we do it if the windows down we may look like a bloodhound at the end of the hour.

 

in the first place, can your RX8 hit 240km/hr.

PI JDM spec 4AT & 6MT - Speed cut 187km.
MM Euro specs 6MT - Top Speed 234km.

Tires has a speed rating, eg. H or Z etc.,
ask yr tire shop for a detailed explaination.

Anyway at 230km, i should think the 8 is quite unstable.

 

Maybe he forgot to also mention a small detail.... that it was about doing 240kms/hr on his XBox. ;-)
