I juz ordered mine from MM. Including express shipping (by Air) and it costs more than $600. $400 is for normal shipment from Japan which will arrive more than 3 months later !!

Maybe you can also try Garage R - let me know if it any cheaper.

Guys, stop wasting your money... $400 bucks and even $600 bucks!!! Quite a *cough* rip off *cough*. Better spend your money on some other better mods. One of our old bird member used to make the strakes and several other accessories. Can't remember the exact price, but it's only a fraction of the cost of MM originals. Try searching or asking around before you put down good money. Give zavhan a PM and see if it's still available.

think i paid around US$91.99.

ebay cost US$84.99 but if you order from their website is US$79.99 so you will save US$5.00 and I believe US$12.00 for shipping

Aiyah Flyer, if you say they are being riped off -- I say they are buying original parts like original DVDs.

MM's fin quality has not got the equivalent of jerky pictures like the Software/Movie Alliance people claim too. Plus I think the original MM fins can add to the performance too.... at least 4 or 5 hps more. Finally, I think its better for the car... using original parts... wil not cause damage to the engine.

The non-MM ones are just that... imitations/pirated copies.... with equivalent of jerky pictures bought from shady shop in some corner of town.

As they say: Its hip to be original!

btw. I got mine form some shady shop in some corner of town.

You've got a point... it's hip (and jipped) to be original. Yes, buy originals if you can afford paying the astronomically inflated prices. But for the rest of us who rather spend our money on other better mods, there's always the equally aesthetically pleasing replica strakes.

BTW, I'm so poor, I don't even have replica strakes...

My ultimate strakes (or I like to call them performance fins) are organic ones -- pieces of wood, then wrap tin foil around it. Finally glue or screw them onto the car. Why give Ford Motor more $$ (profit) to waste on their ugly trucks and SUVs.

Similarly, my logic regarding movie houses complaining about non-original/hip DVDs; if you are stupid to pay people like Adam Sandler US$20m per movie and can't figure out why you lost money, you deserve it. Or the newest Superman movie will be the most expensive movie ever made... 300 or 400million USDs... worried about non-hip DVDs... you deserve it... man in tights flying around the place... how much can it cost to produce that kind of movie.
