Some or very few has Red+Black.
Have not seen any with Beige Leather seats, but I would stay away from it cos its takes abit of effort to maintain and clean it. and most important of all will have to cover the seats with a cloth if u wish to put something heavy or thats is dark color on the seats.

I forgot , and further more the Sand Biege Leather Seats does not really match the interior of the Car, So most part of the interior are Black in Color.
In Conclusion it all just my opinion, u may have your own likings. So just go with the Color u like cos u will be driving it everyday and seeing everyday. and must be HAPPY the moment when u step into the car

I'm having sand beige as well. Its a pretty nice contrast. maintenance wise, you have to be a little more careful than usual with what you place on the seats, thats all.i think applying a layer of leather protector might help

Most JDM cars doesn't have the hard backing, only 2 front airbags.
That looks like a shinka with the centre console rails in black instead of silver and the centre console covers in same color as the seats.
I've posted the pics of my friend's Shinka HERE
His complain is that the suede part is difficult to maintain.

The original image posted has electric seat and it's MT and being without the hard backing thus I thought it was a local upholstering job. Maybe the Shinka just never comes with the backing.

The Alcantarra is the part my friend dreaded to take care of.

I think only the Euro specs one (in SG) that have side airbags has those backings.
Thus MM ones have.

That's what my friend told me, til I pointed him a Mazda3 in CR.
So it's a signature colour only on the 8?

As for copper red, it is the signature colour for Shinka II. It is a JDM type S with some special options such as piano black trims, high gloss headlight and tail light chrome.

some of the new 2007 colours such as stormy blue mica come with the sand leather option. I find that the driver seat will get slighty dirty, especially in the winter months when you are wearing a jacket. since jackets aren't washed as often they like to transfer dirt to the seats. The sand leather can be cleaned very easily though with some warm water and dish detergent. It wipes off very clean then you just add some leather protectant. although you need to do this at least once a month to keep the seats in top condition.

i have the sand leather in the stormy blue. there's pics of it in my "another new guy" thread.
the driver seat got a little dirty, but I used black magic leather cleaner protectant easy wipes, and it looks good as new.
edit: here: the first one is mine, the second one i found on the net shows the seats better but lacks the rotary accents.
