Have have! You can buy the LED torchlights from Bangkok and put in your car. :D :D And if your RX8 is a PI model, all the better. As SGRenesis mentioned on Saturday, those LED torchlights fit nicely into the flare holder. LED torchlights in Bangkok are very cheap compared to Singapore.

The cheap ones are running on direct current from the batteries. and the brightness will decrease with time.

Good ones are those with a circuit board in it where it can regulate constant
brightness till the end of battery life.

Furthur more I believe that u are talking about those 6 to 9 leds with in the torch.

Those are 9 mm LEDs and these lights can be bright but it does not have any throw.( throw means the amount of light it can project to a far distance object)

But if u only wanted throw, a normal Maglite is much cheaper and better as i can project its light furthur. but again normal xenon lights' brightness decrease with battery life.

leds comes in 9 mm, 0.5Watts, 1W, 1.5W, 3W and 5W. (5W being the brightest)

If u really interested in flight light. I can show u my collections.
