Any1 sellin? Looking for a 2-3 yrs old 8. Preferably with alot of accessories and bodykit with a sport color. Prefer auto....drive manual very tiring. Tks!

 

What is a "sport color"?

Ermm.. why don't you just specify the colours you are interested in, instead of making would-be sellers wonder if their 8 is a "sporty color"?

Unfortunately, you will get very tired driving my 8 coz it's a Type S 6MT.

But it will be even more tiring driving it cos I change the clutch to a heavy duty one and its will give u leg cramps Traffic jams during the 1st few mths.

Me thinking to sell or not.
One thing is I seldom drive so thinking of selling , reluctant to sell cos I will miss it badly cos I spend so much time maintaining it and polishing it.

The car is in its showroom shine, cos I spend alot of time and money , self polishing.
The car was registered April 2005 (so its 2yr and 1mth old), mileage 17500 km
OMV is $35K and COE is $21K

Additional items added cos more than $25K
Including Vertical Door kit, Flywheel, Clutch, Bonnet, Front and rear Cam, 7inch LCD with custom console, pillar gauge hold with Pivot (7LED Color) gauges. Audio systems. Soundproofing of whole car on all (doors + boot+wheel arc and floor bed), RP superCat and etc......

what u see in the pictures, the rims are normal chrome rims, I have another set shiny chrome rims. so I got a total of 8 rims + 1 extra as spare tire + 5 Yokohama AD07 tires

The price of new car is $119888 (with $17K COE and $25K OMV)

So if u compare to buying a new one at around $120 + installing all the items at lets said half price of what I paid for , it would be + $12500.
so the total price of new car + 2nd hand accessories will be around $135K
If buy everything new will be around $145K

I'm looking at selling around $105K so thats $40K loss for 2yr old car.
one thing for sure I seldom drive as its mileage is only 17800km. and I service it every 3000K

hw big is a rx8 fuel tank? is 400km achievable on 4AT?

 

It should be 50L if I didnt remember correctly. At 8km/L you should be able to get 400km?

 

Maximum I've pump is 55l. Fuel light on at 420km.

If you cannot achieve 400km, at least you can achieve 240km/h with speedcut removed. (This is what I've heard only. Not yet proven)

 

It should be 61 litres. 400km is easily achieved. Mine a 4AT and I constantly reached 440km.

lve actually seen a 2 tone 8, l think it was purplish green or something...with huge chrome rims at ubi..l think lady driver...damn fierce
