RX8 Meetup 17 Feb 06. 9pm

I reckon 8pm might be too early and 10pm too late. I guess 9pm shld be a better timing. Hopefully it doesnt rain this round. Last rounding session has to be cancelled due to wet roads. Yes i know some roads have oredi dried up but the rounding session was meant to round more or less the whole of singapore so it was abandoned for safety reasons.
Anyway, newbies are, as always, encouraged to join. Wat to do to ur car, wat not to do, wat should or should not do... all can be seen and asked there. We are not experts, we are not trained mechanics but we have more or less seen and heard wat most of you have in mind wat to do so if u r unsure, u may want to catch some of us over n ask.

For those who are concern about engine oil issues with RX 8, there will be a guest who will be coming down to extend an invitation to an engine oil launch for performance car. According to info I received, their oil blend is very suited to rotary becoz it statbilizes heat build up in our engine and more.
BTW i dun work for them and neither am i affiliated, juz hoping to learn more about engines oil issues from an expert. Juz happen to know him thru fren's fren......
This expert is very confident on his product so much tat he had asked me to organise a group tour to their lab in Tuas where they will test any engines oil we bring against his ! This part I m interested bcoz I wan2 know if wat I m usin is worth wat i m payin. Further details we can meet and discuss there !
I personaly tink it is a good opportunity to really see how our engines oil stands in comparison bcoz we oni see labels on the packaging, if i get to see test results, then i m convinced !
C u guys there !
Not to mention he might be offering trial oils to some I tink ! Nothing to loose bcoz their oil is covered by a warranty of up to a million US dollars for damages due to engines oil issue ! For tis i hope my engine kaput if he offer the trial to me ! then i will be 1 million richer !!!!
