cannavaro could you Just before heading down to the meet try to compile the data on a piece of paper or on the laptop so it will be easier to mark down when the people start coming to make payment or to place order.
I will assist you when i reach there.
For those placing orders, leave us your name, nick, size and contact details. The shirt will not be ready till a few weeks so please be patient and try not to rush us too much on that night. Thank you all for your kind understanding.

Dear fellow Rx8xers,
Juz a concern to share.
If printing is done on polo shirt, due to nature of honeycomb knitting, the daily stretchin will result in cracks on the logo/print after some time even if u r usin the best rubberized printing method.
Cotton is a natural fibre and printing of T-shirt or polo shirts uses screen printing whereby only the top surface of a t-shirt is printed. As such, fusing natural fibre to rubberised paint remove the natural property of cotton fibre thereby leading to shorter life expectancy. Film transfer though last longer due to greater elasticity also have such effect.
So a better option may be embroidery, last longer and create a 3 dimensional feel to it.
Pardon me if you may, I m not tryin to stir anything, juz sharing wat I know as I m in the same trade. :D
If u guys need any form of advice juz drop a line anytime.
Cheerio
