Firstly the colour - of course I would say black is best! :D But red looks hot too. Haven't seen green, blue or yellow in the flesh, so won't comment on those.

As for the low torque, do a search and you will find lots of threads saying that it doesn't pose any problems. Personally, I'm very happy with the low end, and shifting at 4k to 5k is pretty natural.

Oil - lots of threads in the forum too...search... :) Have fun reading!

Well, black certainly shows up the dirt much more than other colours, but when its clean and freshly waxed, hot damn, it looks good! :D

Mine is read and I llove it. I've had a black car and to me, they only look good when they're perfectly clean - same for dark blues and greens.

The yellow looks spectacular, and if you were to go with wings and big wheels it'd be impossible to ignore. Too loud an appearance for me. But it's surprising, I've never liked yellow on a car before...

Oil, the jury isn't out yet, but the general vibe is that you should use a mineral based oil rated at the viscosity appropriate for your climate.

It's an engine that like to be revved. If you were a bit of a clutz, you could stall it off the mark. I love driving the car, even in traffic - I don't notice a lack of torque, but it's not a tractor.
