i also bought 1 from Cheers for S$13.90 but the problem is they have very limited stocks. They maybe carry 1 each and dun have all the colors.

i've always wanted a full set, with all the colors and design avaliable.

dudes, i bought this blue one for around $10 or $12 about 3 yrs ago. bought it at this large store in woodlands library building beside causeway point. the place was called something and stephanie....like charles and keith sorta way, if i'm not wrong. dunno if the store still exists. maybe someone here who's staying in woodlands can go check it out for the rest.

guys the rx8 transformer is the autobot jazz if you guys remember him from the tf cartoons when we were damn young. He was a porsche 911 i think - white with blue racing strips last time. The red and white versions are jazz.

the purple one is called laserwave. In the old cartoons, he was shockwave, a one eyed robot that transforms into a gun. He's purple too.

all 3 colours are produced in jap and USA. The jap ones are called binaltechs and they are made of mostly die cast metal

there is another one, Autorooper, a Mazda RX-8 japan police Car

The US ones are called alternators and they are plastic.

They are way expensive now...launch price was only about 50 bucks.

the current binaltech rx8 they are releasing will be silver in colour (TF movie jazz colours - the pontiac). Should be arriving in june (thats what the toy shop owner told me). grab them before their prices go sky high again. The preorder price is 65. you gotta place some form of deposit if i'm not wrong.
