PI 8 with TV

Anyone here has an 8 that comes with the DVD Navigation. It's has a built in TV tuner as well. Has anyone got it working or modified it to tune into the local channels? I've been playing around with the controls/menu (in japanese) and I manage to get clear sound from the TV channel but no pics. please advise.

Even if u have a Big TV antenna, the Reception will still be very bad, cos the car is moving.
TV Signal are totally different from Radio Signal
Cos TV signal are transmitted in a horizontal wave in a certain direction, so your antenna got to remain Still and pointing towards a certain direction.
Therefore in order to get a clear picture, u will have to buy an extra mobile TV antenna box which is around $300-400 (I think)

Why not get an installer to install a DVB tuner that can receive those Mobile TV channels? It's better than the reception for normal TV channels when moving.
