Piano black is nice. May get it if me can't get real CF B-pillars.

Not sure about the CF wing from rotary extreme... I already have the MS wing. Was hoping to buy a similar wing (without stands) & pull a swap. Even the MS wing blocks vision of the rear. Plus the lady does not approve of them huge CF wings

Are u looking to buy the MS wing? If u can get just the stands, I can sell u the wing (after I locate a suitable CF wing).

From what I know:
1. Lowering (springs etc.)
2. Sports suspension (sacrifice comfort)
3. Bigger rims (me not sure, but what an excuse! :p )
4. Strut bars (is that what they're called?)
5. Wings.

U may want to post on the technical section. The guys & gals there really know their stuff!

I believe bigger rims would have the opposite effect on stability.
What more, bigger rims usually means lesser acceleration, depending on the weight of the rims/tyres.

Usually the strut bars, sway arms and rims offset will affect the handling of the car at high speed (esp cornering). Autoexec has a nice struct bar set (>$1500) that fits the engine bay, below the car body as well as the bum (thats the red color set thats in Hyper Rev).

As most of us do not have 20 inch rims with special offset, this shld not affect us that much. Lowering of coils/changing of coilvers etc will affect handling so maybe strengthening the sway bars will help.

Changing to wide tyres should be last resort cos it add weight (bigger rims add weight too).

Just my 2 cents.

bigger rims add weight and would strain the suspension if it is not set up for the extra weight. One option to get bigger rims would be to get lighter wheels so as to strain the suspension less(read lighter=more expensive)

hehehe minor correction

Lighter rims = much more expensive.

Branded lighter rims = much much more expensive.

hehe not F1 no need to overkill with wide tyres. The incremental weight of the extra wide tyres prob outweigh the weight savings on the rims. Anyone can clarify this?

of cos wider would allow you to "feel" more but of cos fc would suffer due to increased friction. There are too many parameters involved in simply changing to lighter and width etc. You can only compare if you keep one constant. What you said is true to a certain extend but it really depends on how much weight you save on the wheels and how much additional your tire weighs... tire profile etc would also make a diff.... Anyway, big doesn't mean good or else all cars would spot 50 wheels(which is not the case). You read the article on the 19in on the 24hr? I guess that would probably be very good set up since mazda must have researched and come up with something that is suited for both speed and endurance.... Wonder what rims/tire they use
