I've not got mine yet, but if you guys gonna be at the Mcdonald vicinity, I could pop by. As my wife's pet cafe is just round the corner.

It's being 4 months and 2 days since I've ordered it. Just got the chassis number today:D :D :D

 

so how many ppl is going? East coast or kallang? I'm getting my DL suspended 4 1 month next monday so i tik it's the last meeting i could go be4 next month! Hianzz Sad!!!

 

I like the last meeting at Kallang very much, so though I don't have any car yet, count me in if nobody mind...

I have an idea of shooting pics and video as well on the next meet up. What do you think? I’m thinking of the following:

1. Individual shooting: just you (& your family) and your RX8, each of you, in action. For example, park, open door, stand by the open door and thumb up / wave to the cam. Each one can do different act.
2. Some interview or talks together about a certain topics, like dressing or problems or oil or maintenance or service center, maybe?
3. Do the high rev (7000/9500rpm) from one car to another in a row… Let’s hear a 7000/9500rpm choir!!!
4. All of you move out of the parking lot, one by one.. and waving / thumb up to the camera
5. Do the spin / other action ? – anyone dares?
6. Drive around the highways. Have some shooting of you driving passing the cam one by one?
7. Open to any suggestion, it's your cars. As long as my battery can last

I can save the video to a DVD Video format if you like. Then of course, the pics, altogether and one by one…

What do you guys think?

What happened?

 

hmm... got 2 speeding ticket last yr both at ecp one 120km/h 8pts and the other 1 142km/h 18pts went to court for the 2nd ticket got a fine of $750 coz my lawyer was there and waited for like 5mths then tp say I got suspend for 1month coz i went for the traffic school! Guys guys be careful I was careless and really in a rush but it ain't worth it but luckily it was only 1 month shall show u all the letter when we meet up hianz... anyway hope to c u guys soon if anybody go clubbing i shall be at liquid rm tis weekend c u there at the valet parking haha! Cheers!

 

Well, kind of actually. Cause I wanted the leather interior, and very few of the PIs bring them in. So have to specially order. Thus the delay.
It also seems like the 8 roll out from the Japan factory in colour batches, cause 3 of us who ordered 1 guy got his black few weeks ago, and the other guy and myself who got the same colour are about getting ours the same time???

i had 9points taken away from me march last year for incosiderate driving on the SLE (& i have P-plate at that time.... so i've been driving ard. wif only 3 points... recently got another offence.... CROSSING DOUBLE WHITE LINES!!!!! so STUPID!!!! 4points... but my aunt took it for me while i paid the $$$.....)

But as of friday.. my triangle will be taken OFF!!! YAY!!! (& i will have 15points... phew)

Missed the last meet as I was away for a holiday. Anyway, I saw a red Type S along Tanjong Katong Rd yesterday afternoon at about 1645hrs. Plate is 31XX. Does it belong to anyone here? I have got my chassis number from the PI last week and had been advised that the car is shipping out of Japan on 12th Jan. So likely to collect my keys after CNY. Will definitely try to make it for the meet this Sunday. Cheers.
