Today i talked to the runner and i found that it is very hard to transfer the number SB150 to my car~ !!!!! it will cost me RM3000.

what i did is i decided to take this new number, what you guys think?

boony is sick with a bad back seems like unable to attend the thing if it does not heal in time for the record, 2 slipped disc...... ouch!

 

I too had slipped disc. It took me a while to recover until I changed my method. Was initially doing physio therapy and the big exercise ball for stretching out your vertabraes for over a year to relieve the pain. Then a friend of mine told me about glaucosamine....can get at most pharmacy or GNC stores.

It was like magic pills... after taking it regularly for a month it disappeared. I could stand (or sit) again for an extended period of time. NO more shooting pains down my leg. Then to clean up this mess, I did yoga to strengthen the supporting structure around my back ie core muscles. 3 years and no more pain.

Take care those that have slipped disc, hope u get well soon. Regarding glucosamine, it does work. But, note that GNC is selling theirs under the label Triflex (+ chondroitin & MSM) but I doubt that it has been approved by Min. of Health. I got mine from Singapore.

guys... i just came back from kota kinabalu...saw 2 8's in front of hyatt kk. one is SS18J the ther one is T70S the plat number... both of them silver... whose one is it?
