My english not so good...But I really need you all help...

My Rx-8 now totaly in "I.C.U"....I heard from mechanic said one of the rotary engine cannot work! ( Before my car broke down on the road it was heavy rain and I encountered the floods after this my car engine totaly cannot start and must towing back to mechanic shop repair )

Change the spark plug finally engine can start d.But the worse problem is my RPM are very low,I must press hard the oil only can maintain d engine in stable. If not, the engine will break down.

The mechanic told me,1 of the rotary engine dint work so maybe I need to replace new rotary engine. But the problem is don't have any rotary engine got selling.

Anybody what can I do??? My RX8 izit totaly die d??? HeLp me!

 

Erhm.. which country are you in? If you are near Singapore and don't mind the cost, you might want to consider sending it to workshops here to assess damage and determine if it can be repaired?

 

Sorry to hear this bro. My warranty covers the engine. Best to check if yours does too?

How did your mechanic know one of your rotary is bad? Did he do a compression test?

did you change the the spark plug wires? could be ignition etc..

 

any CEL code?

 

send your car to ST Wangan (Sunway) or Ah Choy (USJ) to get it properly diagnosed.........
