Whether an RX-8 from MM is worthwhile at $125K really depends on how much the car is worth to YOU. Over a year ago, we paid $134K for our 8s from MM with the difference largely atributed to a drop in COE prices. As they say, everything is relative. What may seem worthwhile to someone else, may not be worthwhile to you.
Regarding your Mazda 323 trade-in value, I think only a Mazda Motor SE can help answer that question. We have a few SE friends and maybe they can help if they are reading your thread.
I don't think Mazda Motor has 19" sports rims and I don't believe they will throw in after market rims either. In any case, why would you want 19" on your manual RX-8? It's a manual and it's meant to be DRIVEN, so don't slow it down with bigger and heavier rims. If you are more into aesthetics and less into performance, have you considered an auto RX-8 from PIs? It's quite a bit cheaper than the manual RX-8s from MM and you can probably squeeze the PI for after market rims too. You can ask for some of the RX-8 accessories if you like, e.g. front and rear crests, fender side strakes, exhaust finisher, aluminium finish fuel lid, etc. Doubt you can get everything coz the parts are quite pricey, but maybe you can choose a couple that you like. Either that or ask for a cash-back discount to spend on other things which you'll probably wanna change in future.

How can they cheat u? the price is the same for all customers. and furthur more if there are accessories to be given, most of the time it has to come out of the Sale Agent own pocket.

Fender strakes $468
Pillar rotary crest $133
Aluminium fuel lid $459
Exhaust finisher $325
Front rotary crest $111
Rear rotary crest $129
Rear fog lamp $373
MM also has the aero kit package which includes the Front Air Dam, Aero Side Skirts (short) and Rear Under Deflector. I think the price is $1416 or thereabouts. I highly doubt any SE will give away the aero kit package, but you can try for the other accessories listed above that MM carries. How many items you can get depends on how much commission your SE is willing to forego to close the deal. You won't be able to get all of them so choose those that you like and choose wisely - e.g. no point getting front / rear rotary crests if you intend to add a bodykit in future.
There are also a few other Mazda optional accessories that MM do no carry. You may be able to ask a PI to indent for you.
Illuminated manual shift ****
Aluminium footrest for passenger seat
Aluminium scuff plates
Luggage compartment mats/nets
Rotary crest ignition key

There are many bodykits available for the RX-8 and I don't want to take credit away from all the other beautiful bodykits that our other brothers and sisters here have on their 8s. You should come down to our meet-ups to have a look and also check out the RX-8 bible for aftermarket parts and accessories. My kit in particular was ordered from Osaka and literally flown back personally. :D

Osaka in Japan. I don't keep the contact number anymore, but you can find it in the RX-8 bible, it's a must have book for all RX-8 "followers". Congrats on getting your 8.

In there you will have lots of kits to choose from, not to mention accessories. Take your time and choose cause you wouldnt want to end up buying something and start regretting when you see something else which is more to your liking.
Take it from me, even with the "bible" and guidance i still made some hasty decisions when i first got my car :o just wouldnt want you to fall in my shoes. MHO
