How low to lower?

Was thinking of buying the INGS kit...wondered if guys with INGS / SIMILAR kit here could kindly advise me the recommended height to lower my ride. My ride will be sitting on a set of 245/40/19-front and 275/35/19-rear.

If u are in singapore, hehehe anything less than 2 fingers will give u lots of headache esp u on 19" rims and , I assume, after mkt suspension. Our car park are not friendly to chio bodykit and low rides.

Cheers

tink its better u fix up ur kit then u look for the suspension....
then from there u can see how low the suspension will be when u fix it up...
u might even need not change ur suspension......
but still have to change the shock to hardened the ride to prevent the kit from hitting the floor....

k, thanks guys for the help...i roughly got an idea, really particular with the ride height coz dun really like the gap in between...trying to keep it as close as possible.

taka car park...very famous for that!....bugis carpark....deadly ah! haha...previous ride's bumper got stuck while exiting, have to come out of the car and pull out my whole bumper...haha.

anyway hope low rider can give me some insights of the kit with his set up...hmm wonder how much he selling his kit...do pm me if you happan to see this. Thanks again guys!

Just a tip for low-car owners... if you're going to Bugis, exit by the BreadTalk exit and you shouldn't have any issues. Do NOT exit by the InterContinental Hotel exit... that is a deadly trap for many many lowered cars...

Everyone is talking about lowering their cars.

But I guess I'm only crazy one who is Rising my Rx8.

My car stock suspension gave me a clearance (between tire and fender) of 2 fingers infront and 1 finger at the rear.

And so I was think of buying a thousand ++ dollors aftermarket suspension in order to Rise the car.
Lucky I came over a product at AutoBac Bukit Batok.

Its a Red rubber thing thats fit between in the middle of the spring.
It cost only $90 per pair

Now the spacing between my tire and fender is 3 fingers infront and 2 fingers at the rear.

why do you want to keep the rear lower than the front...

i thought it would be nicer if the front is lower than the back

Because the car front was originally higher than the Rear.

I did ask around and someone told me that its because when we brake the front will dip forward and so its a need/must for the Front to be slightly higher than the rear.
And so after adding the rubber spacer between the springs, the Front and Rear both becomes higher by 0.75inch
