hey guys, i've been informed that the event re-scheduled to 3-5 November 07 due to Sepang track resurfacing. Organiser opened up a few options as well, let me copy and paste what has been posted in MINI forum:

Finally! The 1st drive adventure event in Asia, called GT-Rally. Some ammendments to pricing structure to make it more attractive for all to go. Thank you sponsors! Its an exhilarating drive event which would be done in Gumball 3000 style.

3 Days, 20 Cars, 1800kms, Luxurious hotels, Crazy parties everynight, free flowing alchohol, Scenic routes, Breathtaking locations, Fabulous cars, Fantastic people and a blast in Sepang F1 Track.


Date: 3rd - 5th November 2007
Rest Locations: Kuantan, Damai Laut, Sepang Track

Day 1: Singapore to Kuantan
Day 2: Kuantan to Damar Laut

Kindly beware of the malaysia highways. Not really flat. But it will still safe with the speed limit of 110km/h.

 

hehehe..with the 8s? 110 is MINIMUM speed limit lor.....last time my cmi small car went up with them for sepang also whack 150/160 minimum liaoz.......
