If anyone is really interested in getting real performance increase on the wheel w/o getting into trouble with TP or LTA, sport clutch/flywheel + FEED final gear comb r e way to go, definitely can feel the improvement on e pick up, clutch & final gear do not give u any increase in power on e engine but might provide lesser power loss from engine to wheel.

Any JDM 6 spd Spec. RX8 interested in having free trial on the KnightSport tuned ECU ? I need to exchange my ECU with your un-tuned ECU for around 2-3 days to try out something on my car, interested call me 97328026.

Bro u 4goten tat MM cars canot xchange ECU wif urs bcoz their ecu bolted and shaven off so not accesible unless breakin the bolt !

PI cars tat is 6 spd manual should not hav a problem, any1 wan2 try can go ahead, probaly ur chance to break the speed limiter @ 182km/hr !

Bro... what's the damage on the FEED final drive? So now that you've done the last thing short of FI, is it worth continuing on the 8? PM or talk tomorrow at the meet if not convenient.

Yup, the FEED final drive together with flywheel and clutch is a great mod package!

U can call james 98569774 of maximus racing as he have e FEED final gear ready stock. Fab8 does GR charge u around $2K for final gear + installation ? Just to say e gear+clutch/flywheel will help on e pickup but no way we can come close to STI, EVO or even FI.8

Should be aftermarket, e following have been done:

燃調＆点火マップ変更 Fuel and Ignition
スピード＆レブリミット解除 Speed and RPM cut
電動ファン任意設定 set fan control
メタリングオイルポンプ任意設定 Oil pump setting

Our 8 should be around e same 2003 batch 6Spd JDM, can we swap testing for 2-3 days ?

Nothing to hide, NO FI for me as i still cannot take e heat inside the car even with aircon blasting as i really sweat. Next time u got chance go track just buy some bun & put inside e center console, after 2 to 3 round track, bun will be hot & nice to be eat

wat does a 4.777 final gear do? will it increase rpm at same speed? meaning at 100km/hr use to be slightly above 3k rpm on 6th gear. now will be higher rpm at same speed same gear?

Yes, but by doing this you'll be able to accelerate quicker and the cost of having a lower top speed and higher crusing RPM (More Gas $$$!!!).
Since none of us rarely ever hit top speed, being able to accelerate faster is alot more useful.

I hope to get the FEED final gear in the not-so-distant future.

If only they have a wider 5th and 6th gear to match the final gear, that would be perfect.

At 6th gear 100km/h, should be around 3200 to 3300 rpm, did not look at meter long, too danger

I agree. Short 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, with longer 5th and 6th would be nice. I guess i'll just have to stick to only having this in Gran Turismo for now.

How much have top speed been affected/reduced? seem like not much increase in rpm at 100km/hr, 6th gear. Only about 100 to 200 rev increase. Can consider...hehehe

Had tried max 252Km/h on N.S. highway but i don't think i will try it again, getting old & no ball, top speed may be only 230 to 240 km/h now, but just how often we go to that speed
