No very sure if we can just do the Advance class,
cos it did state that the Advance class is RM499 and they also state that Completion of our Defensive Driving Course (DDC) is a prerequisite for participation of this course.

But they also state that Discount of RM 100.00 for participants who completed e Defensive class (so does that means that we can go directly into Advance class and skip the RM100 discount?) will check with them and give u the ans later

Yes the instructor can come all the way to Singapore. but must have a ground for him to teach.
The only place he can think of is Johor Pasir Gudang.
He will check the ground renting fee and get back to me again.

Orr-Beh
Yes the fee is per car per driver.

Guess what I'm going to have my private class this coming Sepang track day 1st Oct. 3 hrs for RM400++
-----------------------------------------

And date will be confirm later. either a Sat or Sun . either late Oct or Early Nov.

it does not matter what car she is driving. cos I'm maybe using my proton instead of my rx8 for the class (if held in johor) cos I would like to know the diff between controlling a rear and front wheel drive.

I need to find out how many interested and tell the instructor so that he can quote me a price for him to conduct the class in Pasir Gudang.

So the following members interested are:

1) Canman 42
2) Rainne
3) Matrix11
4 & 5) Yellow Cag and Wife
6) Morgan (thats me)
7) Orr-Beh (maybe cos he is joining me for the initial sepang Track with the instructor this coming 1st Oct)

So all together 7 of us.

I think this is a good number, but the more the merrier cos it will be cheaper.

Do not worry that u would not get enough attention if theres more students. cos if theres more students he will also get a few more instructor to come with him.

Yes use own car.

According to the instructor he can conduct the class any where even in Singapore. but we will need to find a place for him.

IF not the closest place which he can arrange is Pasir Gudang. in Johor .

I know that last time Alfa hold their class some where in Tuas area. do not know if a special permit is required. (I guess if its in Spore ground, permits and approval must be obtain but just do not know how)
Therefore its best for the instructor to arrange the training ground so as to save us some trouble.

Lohsk, maybe we can work this into our TP "dialog session" and find out about getting a permit to conduct this Defensive Driving Course in Singapore? Can demonstrate that we are taking an active role in promoting road safety.

Good point. I hope it's a real dialog and not a lecture. Do traffic police go through some kind of defensive driving course, what about opening that to the public ?

If using others car then it would not be RM499.

U can rent a Car in Johor and bring it to the Class.

Yes it can be done , but afriad that the process will take up 2-3 mths before approval.

I believe that ,Those Alfa driving class are preplanned maybe be 1 year before.
And I think that Pasir Gudang maybe a better place than Singapore.
U have abit open space and track in Johor. the Most open space in Singapore should be Those 4 lanes road at the far end of tuas.
