Center Console and Guage Pod + ICE

Theres actually alot of empty space under the Center Console .

So the original Center Console was remove , cut , a Din holder was fabricated using Carbon fiber over the original plastic console.

The Pillar cover was also remove and modified to a Guage holder and Tweeter holder.

Original we had doubts doing it cos theres an Air bag behind the Pillar cover. but we found out that the airbag is only 1 inch at the top of the pillar, and the airbag will only eject downwards there for it would not cost any harm to the driver incase the airbag eject.

For those who wanted both rear boot space and would love to have a good sound system with woofer in the boot.

The problem is now solved.

Theres a "hole" of around 13cm deep in the car boot and this can be use to store a woofer. but the problem is most woofer in the market is very BIG.
We managed to find a Good Sound Quality high end woofer with only 99mm mount depth. and fabricate a Woofer box of 1cubic feet.

The only thing I had to forgo is my 4pts rear strut bar. we vertically mounted the AMP and capacitor and crossover on the wall of the rear seats. and change the 4pts struts to a 2pts one.

So theres no longer lack of boot space problem. not only can I fit a Baby pram (with extra space) inside I can also store an 18inch 225/45 tire in the boot.

ITs customise job, so for those who wanted the center console to change to a guage pod or a holder for any other device, it can be done too.

Yes he did everything.

He is good in custom and fabrication works. U should see his car. He can fabricate Carbon Fiber for most almost all parts of the car .

eg. (console, door, special box to fit the contours of the car. and many more.)

I use the LCD for my front and rear view camera during parking.
cos our car are consider quite low for most of the curbs during parking.

I bought a HDD recorder too and maybe going to install it to my car. so in case of accident or any who scratch my car or try to do anything funny to e car, I will have a video record of it.

ITs Carbon fiber overlay over Fibre Glass.

Since so many pm ans sms me asking me the price.

The Price of the Console is $750 (Carbon fiber) and $450 (Fiber glass excluding spray paint).
If u want pure carbon fiber it will be 3 times more around $2000+

The Pillar is $330.

According to my brother most of the items in the Market uses CF overlay. cos the cost is 3 times more for pure CF and most of the customers do not want to pay for that kind of price.

yes. personally, think no one in the right mind would pay for pure CF for such non-load bearing interior item.

The Fiber glass acts as a support for the Carbon Fiber so that the whole item will be more rigid and strong.

Any way why do we want to buy a Carbon Fiber products, I believe its for the looks.
So I guess it does not matter whats under the Carbon Fiber. cos what we want is a beautiful Carbon Fiber top layer.
