i think i've mentioned to you before that even the original ings by itself does not fit well. need to do quite a bit of work. Other orignals i've seen do not have this problem...even if there is...its pretty minor.

Hi, just to clear the confusion..Im in charge of the advertising and sales to overseas..my partner who is in charge of answering calls and delivery in spore seems to be unable to handle the load. We get more than 150 calls a days so I can understand his situation and I apologize for your frustration. We are hiring a few more people to deal with the load now. I dont think I will say that 'we have no time to ans yr call', what I meant is that we might miss out your calls unintentionally jue to numerous overlapping calls at one go.
