The update for the annual dinner : (original msg from marcus)

A price a ticket is Rm120.00 per person. Venue is already confirmed at the zest club, Sunway Hotel. Starts at 6.30pm - 1am on 4th March 2006. we are negotiating with the Hotel ppl to book the entire parking area which is juz outside the lobby.

Massive media and press will turn up for the event. If we can, we want to call all members to come and support the rx8 club malaysia. There will also probably be a lucky draw and entertainment that night as well...

 

Whats the itinerary? Dinner menu?

Wah. If we call go, someone can film the road trip like the one with ferraris, lambos, etc.

 

It's depent what is the ivan plan after the name list sudmit.U need to travel from singapore until KL.and the dinner time will be start at 6.30Pm so if u guys want to bring gf go shopping or go spa.....then u all can go there early lah.Emperor,I'm so sorry about the dinner menu coz i haven't get any information due to malaysia RX8 club president is at oversea now.I will try to let u know when i get it.Regarding to the film for the road trip...i can take for u the video if u come to fetch me hahaha.....

Ok..i think u all need to stay a night at KL coz the dinner start at 6.30pm to 1.00am so i don't think many of u will be able to drive all the way from KL to sg.That's why i need u all to comfirm ur attendance so that i can ask KL member to book hotel for u all.Of course after the dinner we still can go KL night life lah.

For a while i thought RM$120 includes hotel stay. I think we should all stay a same hotel, and one that has safe parking. Cheap, good and safe.

When is the last call for the dinner? I am waiting for a south african client to confirm a few things first -- he said that he will be here in SG on the 1st week of March. But I am waiting confirmation.

Aiayh.... I am Malayisa too. So I can flip both sides of the equation! My client said the 1st week of March -- thats why I am not sure when exactly I can pop into KL for the night during that week.
