Advice Needed to Make Car Sing Louder :D
I'm driving a 2006, JDM 4AT at the moment..
I would like to know what upgrades I can perform to improve the sound of the car. Budget is variable but looking for good value and lower prices as not really into performance as much as sound.
I know of Monster Garage and plan to do my upgrade there, but haven't a clue what to do.
What should I go for to achieve the best bang for buck if I'm looking for a raise in exhaust note or overall sound? Most important for me would be the value for money, as I'm looking to increase road presence more so than simply performance.
Thank you! :D

I appreciate your advice!
I don't plan to do any harsh driving for now, so I'll just be casual driving at speed limit speeds. As such I'm keeping the safety features stock for now. All I'm looking for now is actually looks and sound. Just for sheer presence.
Will definitely work on the safety when I want to play in the future.
How much is RE Dolphin Tail? It is an exhaust system right? How long does the installation take?
Thanks! :D

Buy my trust air-intake... fierce growl when you revv hard and very mild when you go light on the accelerator... good when going pass road-blocks...

Thank you for the nice words, bros! My car is ready for collection soon.
How much should I expect the knightsports exhaust to cost? I'm looking around for prices too so I can plan ahead.
Thanks for the offer Vanquish, I'll look around more and get back to you if I decide to buy from you.

Just a word of advice bro.
If you get the RE Dolphin Tail - then get the RE intake to go with it as they are designed as a pair. No worries still loud as hell but it aint LTA compliant.
Both the KS and RE are available from MG - so maybe drop by after Thu this week and have a chat to them about it.

Thanks for the advice, Swerve76!
How much would the RE Dolphin Tail and RE intake cost?(your approximate guess?) I'm really worried I'll be unable to afford it because my budget's limit is quite strict...

Not quite sure of the price - best that you drop by MG or give Darren a call on Thu to check.
The thing is - the both of them wont come cheap, but you dont have to get both of them at the same time right? Get the exhaust first and then save up for the intake lor! Since you are willing to spend - then why settle for something that isnt going to maximise your gains? Just be a lil patient and get them both imo.
An alternative would be the REVI with the ram air duct. I've heard that is one of the best around for AT's. Ask dollygirl and gfoo for their opinions as both of them uses it.
Only reason why I am recommending these items is due to the fact that they are designed specifically for the RX8 and will potentially give you more performance than a generic item.

Thank you for the advice everyone! I think I'll give Monster Garage a call soon to check for the Knightsports exhaust. My dad is concerned about the street legal-ness of the parts installed.
