Collective wisdom and experience appreciated - which should I go for (only on muffler) ?

- Muffler "kui-tao" works (by 'Man') or
- Aftermarket muffler (needing LTA inspection/certification) -Borla/Autoexe comes to mind,

for a good exhaust sound that brings out the 8's uniqueness (hopefully so), at a reasonable (your feel) cost, with performance on par, the least? Good in my sense, quiet on low rpm, bassy (not loud)/wet when rev'd high. Sort-of understated kind.. Shanghainese calls it " men1 shao1"

Not hard up about performance from muffler option; SC/TC will be my only choice for that, but still evaluating/looking out..

The ride posions the driver some-how.... thks..

Knight sports is a gd choice if u want something quiet on low rpm n loud on
high rpm...I could almost have swore that i was running on stock during
idling...

Something louder shld be the RE Amemiya one...very nice sounding but slightly
louder...

Something very loud must be the Trust titanium exhaust...u ca heard it miles
away...

Gd luck in finding wat u need...

Coupe07, I supposed KS by now is in LTA compliance already..? As I figured Rei's a manual, 4AT's low end hopefully not be worse off. Can I trouble you PM me the likely $damage?
