Anyone got a good idea of how UK sales are going? The dealer in Swindon told me that they have 5 deposits. Its a fairly small dealers tucked away but I would have expected more than 5 sales.

 

Once the uninformed read March edition of EVO, they'll be queuing outside the dealers doors.

Guys,

Spoke to my dealer again yesterday in Birmingham. They have taken deposits now on 9 of the 10 cars they have been allocated. They are contacting Mazda to see if they can get more.

Seems pretty good to me as the pre-order web site isnt up yet and general public awareness is still low.

Also told me they are expecting some further info from Mazda "soon" and as soon as they get it, me (and the other 8) will receive copies in the post.

My dealer has my firm order and 5 provisionals at the moment, they probably will only get 6 cars total.

I am number 12 at my dealer in London.

The guy there said he is only getting 5 cars a month.

 

Dont know from my dealer.... (anything at all actually, now I think about it...)

I was certainly the first order. A couple of others had put £250 back in June (!) but they were unconfirmed.
They were not 'firm' orders though , whereas mine has an actual Mazda order form.

Will call him this week at some point as I *still* have not had any news ! !
