I saw those footnotes too.
I think its probably a mistake, and Mazda are using up some old Stationery. Either that, or they cut-and-pasted from another letter and forgot to delete it from the bottom.
My dealer had to go and find the book when I called in yesterday, but they had arrived that morning. Its good quality and interesting, but Id rather have my car on time with all its horses intact!
