Test Drive?

It seems like everyone and their brother have had a test drive already, some even 2.

So check the poll out, post where the test drive was please...

Oh , and my dealer lied to me about this too, Tit gray told them about it, and they discused it at the garage team meeting 2 days before I talked to them about it, and they 'didnt know anything'.

2 for me, one at Brooklyn for about 15 mins, one last week with Colliers for about 5-10 mins only in a built up area (worst test drive Ive ever been on!)

If they get their demo before my car arrives, I want to go on a full test drive on familiar roads before I part with my wad.

Arnold Clark Stirling On Monday Afternoon, about half an hour on some fantastic but unfamiliar roads.

We got three journeys in an 8... on Friday I was taken for a quick (7-8 minute) spin by the dealer, and then had a decent testdrive on Sunday for about 40mins. My wife also had a quick drive.

... I ordered :D

Had my first test drive at Brooklyn in Redditch about 3 weeks ago in a 6 speed and another test drive in a 5 speed about 2 weeks ago at Mazda Coventry. Both drives approx 15 minutes each.

Just the one test drive for me, for about 30 minutes at Eastgate Mazda in Bristol.

They are not my dealer (yet) and many thanks to June for arranging it.

Fit them yousrself Si, probably save 50 quid on the price.

Quite a few of our American cousins have done this.

I'll be giving it a go anyway, now I'm an expert at building RX-8s.

Yes that's me - the inane grin was with me throughout the test drive and for a few good hours afterwards.

I was given the Mazda magazine that morning from an MX-5 fanatic at work and hadn't realised it was the same car until specman mentioned it!

I'll post some more pics but I am afraid they're not all that great 'cause I was too excited to take proper photos

Don't the windows look tinted??

It's a nice finish and they're not aftermarket tints either

Danny - yes they DO look tinted, hence why the strafes/strakes are back in there as accessory number 1 - were they brushed or polished and which do u think would look better on silver?

PS Love the pic from low at the front - fave silver pic so far!
